GenCyber: Girls in CybHERTM Security
Kathy is a retention specialists and instructor in the College of Computing and teaches introduction to computers and programming logic. She is part of the administration team for camp. You will see her in coding, and taking charge of the dorms!
Dr. Kyle Cronin is the program lead for the Network and Security Administration program and teachings in the cybersecurity programs. His area of speciality is networking, security and pen testing. You will see him in the networking track and electives at camp.

Josh is an instuctor in the Cyber Operations and
Network Security program at DSU. Josh teaches
malware analysis, reverse engineering, and programming courses. You will see josh in the security track at camp.
Dr. Halverson is a professor of computer science at
Dakota State University and you will see him in the
programming core. Tom is also leading the raspberry pi
session. Make sure you get to know Tom!
Pam is an instructor at Dakota State University in the Computer Science Department. She teaches Microsoft Office and Visual Basic Programming. Pam is also a doctorate student pursuing a D.Sc. in Information Systems. Pam will be leading the afternoon elective Scratch session.
Dr. Miller is an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department and specializes in reverse engineering, malware analysis, and programming. You will see Matt in the Lego Robots and Mobile App Development afternoon electives.
Rob is an instructor at DSU and teaches in the Computer Science Department. He also is the force behind South Dakota's first CoderDojo. You will see Rob in the programming sessions and afternoon electives.
Mike is an instructor with DSU and specializes in offensive security, programming, networking, cellular/mobile, and system administration. In addition to his time in the classroom, Mike also is well versed in a variety of penetration testing services including social engineering, internal/external assessments. You will see him in the networking and afternoon electives.
Ashley is an assistant professor of Information Assurance and Forensics and the Program Coordinator of MS Information Assurance and Computer Security Program at DSU. Her area of speciality is digital forensics and cybersecurity. You will see her in an elective and all day at camp!
Cindy Casey lives in Philadelphia and is an expert forensic investigator and security instructor. You will see Cindy in the security core and teaching the elective Hacking Kids Toys.
